How does the Business Support Program actually work?
This program is designed to bring in the best resources for each specific challenge your company faces, and our program is customized to each company's needs. You are assigned an advisor who functions as the program coordinator and will bring in specialists as is necessary to provide hands-on assistance at your place of business. Usually, the Business Advisory Team consists of 3 people, and often these specialists alternate their attendance of the weekly meetings, based on need and topics. The Business Support Program is one year in length and is made up of a specific number of hours of support. Typically, we meet once every two weeks, but that can also be adjusted to meet the needs of the company. Because we help you honor your own priorities our advice is given to assist you, but we do not make decisions for you or on your behalf. We co-develop a plan with you to face your challenges and work with you to implement solutions and ensure that results are achieved.

The CEO Forum
Where is it written that Entrepreneurs have to go it alone?The CEO Forum is a group of privately held businesses who gather together as your peer board of advisors to solve challenges and seize new opportunities. Members openly discuss the issues facing their businesses in a confidential environment and together develop growth strategies with their peers. Board members meet monthly to learn from one another's successes and mistakes, thus creating a sounding board for best business practices. Each month, the facilitator coach guides the program through a specific framework. Part of the meeting may feature an expert resource with extensive knowledge in a particular business discipline.
The Forum encourages and empowers each member to achieve their business and personal goals through idea sharing, challenging one another, co-creating plans and establishing accountability. Your growth results from responding to those challenges, staying focused on a goal, and building self-confidence through the encouragement, support, and honest feedback of other board members.
The facilitator who runs each Forum meeting is a professional coach with extensive entrepreneurial and business experience including business ownership.
How does the CEO Forum actually work?
Each Forum group has a limit of eight entrepreneurs who come from a variety of industries, and there are no competitors within each group. Groups meet monthly for four hours and are scheduled one year in advance in order to incorporate the meetings into each participant's schedule. Board members also receive monthly one-on-one private executive coaching sessions from their facilitator.
Board members' companies must meet certain eligibility requirements to participate. Each member receives private coaching for up to two months before they can be matriculated into the appropriate group based on their business size, sales, and goals.
Typically, groups meet for one to two years, but stay in touch for years afterward. The strength of the connections formed through this Forum means you support and advise other company owners through all phases of a business life cycle.
